1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
• The product had expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or partially consumed.
• The product has been damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• The return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• The incorrect product was ordered by the customer.
• The product shows normal variations in packaging or appearance that do not affect its quality.

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your Order ID.
• Your name and registered mobile number.
• A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, our team will inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arrange a pickup, where applicable.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and the claim has been approved by Mohonananda Rice Mill Private Limited.
• If the claim is found to be valid, the customer will receive a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Amount

• If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product supplied by the Company, 100% of the product value paid by the customer will be refunded.
• Any shipping charges paid by the customer will also be refunded if the return is due to an error on the part of the Company.
• No refund will be issued for products that do not meet the return eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 4-5 work days after the cancellation is approved. If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

• Either the amount will be adjusted in their next order
• Or, it will be refunded through the agreed payment method after deducting 5% service charges.

In case of payment through bank transfer, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, it will also be the same.

7. Delays or Refund Disputes

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

• Check with your bank or payment service provider.
• Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and payment details.

Our team will investigate the matter and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Cases Where Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

• The return request does not satisfy the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
• The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
• The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• The return request is made after the specified reporting period.
• The customer has provided incorrect delivery information resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
